Your files, your computer
Axsis Film works with video already stored on your computer. Videos and breakdown spreadsheets are not uploaded by the app. Notes, edited fields, playlists, and virtual clip markers are saved separately from your original files.
Metadata backups and automatic snapshots contain the app's saved data, not your videos or source spreadsheets. Back up those files separately. Backup restore and folder relinking are not available in the current beta.
Local film storage does not mean the beta is fully offline: internet access is required for license activation and periodic license check-ins.
